Introducing our Potters: Amanda Cairney

I fell in love with clay after joining a local pottery group about 15 years ago, I loved it as soon as I touch it, the possibilities of what you can make are endless. Wanting to learn more I studied for my degree in ceramics at Glasgow school of art and after graduation I set up my own studio at my then home in Yorkshire. After moving to Birmingham I joined the fabulous group at Sundragon Pottery and have potted there very happily ever since.
